This is a luxurious stone villa with private pool situated on the edge of the charming old village of Prines, 6 km inland from Rethymnon. It is quietly positioned, surrounded by pretty stone walls and has breathtaking views to the mountains and the sea.

Situated at only ten minutes drive away from the town of Rethymnon, this new and traditionally built villa offers spacious luxury in a tranquil location, with accommodation for up to six people.

The sea is at about 3 km, and the nearest beach at 5 km away. Some shops and a taverna can be found in the villages of Prines and in Atsipopoulo (2 km) which is famous for its excellent tavernas, there are supermarkets, post office, cache machine. Car hire is recommended.

The villa features both air conditioning and central heating for year round comfort.

The ground floor features a large living room and dining area, which can accommodate up to ten people. Perfect for the holiday dinner party.

Additionally, the large patio area, with its barbeque, private pool and fantastic views of the surrounding countryside provide the perfect setting for an evening’s entertainment.

In the lounge, there are two large sofas to lie back and relax on, a large log fireplace and entertainment facilities, including satellite television, TV and hi-fi system.

The ground floor bedroom features air conditioning, has fitted wardrobes and twin single beds, which can be moved together to form a double if required.

The kitchen area is fully fitted and includes fridge/freezer, full cooker, cooking utensils, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine and crockery/cutlery, along with an iron and ironing board.

The main bedroom is located on the first floor and features an extra large double bed, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

The second bedroom is ideal for children, with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and bunk beds.

The villa also offers two bathrooms, with a toilet and shower room located on the ground floor and family bathroom with bath and shower on the first floor.

Outside, there is a large balcony complete with sunloungers, table and chairs, which has breathtaking views of the mountains.

There is also the patio area, barbecue and private pool to enjoy, with external lighting for the evenings.
