Situated only ten kilometres away from the town of Rethymnon, this traditionally stone built villa, offers spacious luxuryin a tranquil location, with accommodation for up to six people.

Villa is located inside the village in the middle of traditional Greek life. The village its self has beautiful views, friendly people, two great traditional tavernas, cafe place and a very natural and relaxant ambience.

The nearest sandy beach is at just 5 minutes driving and also at 5 minutes there is Atsipopoulo village which has post office, cach machine, super markets, taverns, cafe places.

At just 10 minutes by car is the historical town Rethymno where you can find everything what it could offer a city life. Rethymno offers a huge choice of shops, tavernas, sandy beaches and of course its wonderful atmospheric Venetian harbour quarter to explore.

There are 65 km till the airport of Chania and 75 km till the airport of Heraklion.

The ground floor of the villa features a living room, kitchen/dining area, toilet,cellar, courtyard and entrance hall.The first floor comprises of three bedrooms, bathroom and balcony with views over the surrounding countryside, patio area and swimming pool.

The large entrance hall is accessed via the courtyard.

The living area is large and spacious and boasts an old traditional oven and large cellar. In the living room there are: TV set, satellite television, DVD player, stereo, access on internet and a library with a variety of universal writers’ books.

The kitchen area is fully fitted and features refrigerator, freezer and full cooker. A kettle, toaster, microwave oven and cooking utensils are also provided, along with a traditional style fireplace.

The main bathroom offers toilet and bath facilities, along with a washing machine and hair dryer.

The main bedroom is located on the first floor and features a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

The second and third bedroom is provided with twin beds, which can be moved together to form, a double if required fitted wardrobes. Each one has access to a private balcony via patio doors one of them and with views over the swimming pool area the other one.

Outside, there is a large patio area, complete with tables and chairs, sunloungers and umbrellas.

There is also the enjoyment of a private swimming pool and BBQ place with external lighting for the evenings.
